Service Design Lab

In this course, we will explore the world of service design through hands-on, collaborative activities. We will actively shape the Service Design Lab and organise Service Design Drinks, an open event series for anyone interested in service design.

Throughout the course, we will develop a foundational understanding of the principles, methods and processes of service design. Through practical exercises and practical tasks, we will explore ways to further develop the lab, improve communication and design it more effectively as a platform for exchange and experimentation.

In diesem Kurs tauchen wir gemeinsam in die Welt des Service Designs ein durch praxisnahe und kollaborative Aktivitäten. Gemeinsam gestalten wir aktiv das Service Design Lab und organisieren die Service Design Drinks, eine offene Veranstaltungsreihe für alle, die sich für Service Design interessieren.

Im Verlauf des Kurses entwickeln wir ein grundlegendes Verständnis für die Prinzipien, Methoden und Prozesse des Service Designs. Durch praktische Übungen und konkrete Aufgaben untersuchen wir, wie das Lab weiterentwickelt, die Kommunikation verbessert und als Plattform für Austausch und Experimentieren wirkungsvoller gestaltet werden kann.
