KISDkomm / KISDalumni Working Group | KISDkomm- / KISDalumni-AG

The KISDkomm and KISDalumni working groups support KISD’s communication work in close cooperation with the online working group and the press and public relations officer, Ms. Michelle Schopen.
Our work will address prospective students, students and alumni of the KISD as well as cooperation partners and the public interested in design.

The range of tasks includes:

• the realization of study information events outside the university, e.g. in schools (about KISD);
• the preparation of information for the individual media channels and formats of
  KISD, e.g. for the newsletter, our website and various social media channels, print and presentation media;
• The editorial, photographic or film documentation of KISDevents;
• Designing, recording, editing, and of alumni interviews;
• The support of KISDparcours (and -gala);
• The publication-conform conception and design of new communication formats;
• and the maintenance and expansion of our distribution lists and image database;
• etc

The weekly meetings will tak place in zoom.

Die AGs KISDkomm und KISDalumni unterstützen – eng verzahnt mit der Online-AG und der Referentin für Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Frau Michelle Schopen, die Kommunikationsarbeit der KISD. Diese adressiert sowohl Studieninteressierte, Studierende und Alumni der KISD aber auch Kooperationspartner:innen und eine designinteressierte Öffentlichkeit. Das Aufgabenspektrum umfasst:

• die Durchführung von Studieninformationsveranstaltungen außer Haus, z.B. in Schulen (about KISD);
• die Aufbereitung von Informationen für die einzelnen Medienkanäle und -formate der KISD, z.B. für den Newsletter, unsere Website und diversen Social-Media-Kanäle, Print- und Präsentationsmedien;
• die redaktionelle, fotografische oder filmische Dokumentation von KISDevents;
• Konzeption, Aufzeichnung, Bearbeitung und von Alumni-Interviews;
• Die Unterstützung der KISDparcours (und -gala);
• die erscheinungsbild-konforme Konzeption und Gestaltung neuer Kommunikationsformate und die Pflege und Erweiterung unserer Verteiler und unserer Bilddatenbank.
