Janice Here~"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span>Hi, everyone~ I&#8217;m Janice from Guangzhou, China, and taking the part-time Master Degree Programme of Design Strategic at PolyU now.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>I majored in industrial design in my undergraduate study and used to be a furniture researcher and designer. Now I&#8217;m running a design consultant company called inDare with my partners. He is not a chef or ever learned cooking. But he is a genius for Cantonese cuisine and his specialty is Fried Crab with Ginger and Shallot. Oh, so missing home&#8230; Cause now I&#8217;m staying in Hong Kong&#8230; After the pandemic, welcome my teammates to my home to try my dad&#8217;s cooking XD<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Talking about food homing for circularity, the policy of mandatory waste separation was put into effect last year in some big cities in China, including kitchen waste. Yes, it comes or you will be fined for the wrong separation, hahaha~ My mum is so confused about the separation and always says to herself that never too old to learn.
