I think I should introduce myself briefly here as well.\u00a0 My name is Benny Ding LEONG<\/strong>, in Chinese\u00a0\u6881\u753a<\/strong>. Together with Philipp<\/strong> and Stefan<\/strong>, I’m going to accompanying you through this unpredictable <\/em>yet exciting<\/em> journey of “exploring urban food cultures for circularity”\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n As about me,\u00a0I was born in Macau and grew up in Hong Kong (HK) since I’ve brought to HK by my parents just 2 years of age.\u00a0 So, I am a native Chinese.\u00a0<\/p>\n In term of design, I don’t want to talk too much here. You can review my background and get to know me better here:\u00a0https:\/\/www.sd.polyu.edu.hk\/en\/meet-our-staff\/bennyleong<\/span><\/p>\n But in term of foods, I have to tell you that I am a very\u00a0picky<\/em> guy.\u00a0\u00a0 I think there are only a few restaurants which can satisfy my\u00a0tummy (even the one with michelin stars)<\/em>.\u00a0 If you had watched a movie named “Ratatouille” (\u4e94\u661f\u7d1a\u5927\u9f20)<\/strong><\/em>, I think I’m much alike the food critic\u00a0Anton Ego<\/strong>.
