of the pandemic, I was craving for a burger.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In these days of the pandemic, knowing that Christmas markets won&#8217;t be organized in Cologne this year, I was also craving for <em>Reibekuchen<\/em> (I apologize in advance if you are from the team of Germans, saying &#8220;Kartoffelpuffer&#8221;, I was taught by someone from the team &#8220;Reibekuchen&#8221;).\u00a0I invite all people who don&#8217;t know this German recipe to have a look <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=awOpV2rq2gM\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In these days of the pandemic, as a beginner in a low-FODMAP diet (more about FODMAPS can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hopkinsmedicine.org\/health\/wellness-and-prevention\/fodmap-diet-what-you-need-to-know\">here<\/a>), I invented a meal to fit with my needs.<\/p>\n<p>But also to fit with my burger&#8217;s cravings, my memories of Christmas markets, and inspired (somehow) by German gastronomical heritage&#8230;\u00a0<em>for eating with myself
