So please have them in mind as criteria for your individual project topics to work on.<\/p>\n<p><b>CRITERIA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>(Future) speculations about food and the city will lead to countless opportunities. In order to narrow down your focus and being able to relate your outcomes to each other a set of criteria for your work and our evaluation are set.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Try to <b><i>connect people<\/i><\/b>, places and activities in the city with the rural<\/li>\n<li>Connect\/relate people to food and <b><i>build communities<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li>Create <b><i>awareness<\/i><\/b> of food\/ingredient quality, relate people to food, engage, educate<\/li>\n<li>Provide (useful, necessary, feasible and digestible) <em><b>data and information <\/b><\/em>about food\/ingredients and farming products, make intelligent use of<em><strong> information technology<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Try to relate <b><i>production and consumption<\/i><\/b> in a closer way!<\/li>\n<li>Use very <b><i>characteristic and specific places<\/i><\/b> in the city (abandoned spaces, green rooftops, (pop-up) restaurants, markets\u2026 to make things tangible<\/li>\n<li>Focus on <b><i>agriculture<\/i><\/b> (fruits, vegetables, crops etc.) as this allows the biggest flexibility in involvement and scalability<\/li>\n<li>Find possible <b><i>distinction criteria <\/i><\/b>of your product and create a <b><i>narrative<\/i><\/b> relevant for consumers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And, some hints for your work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Look at <b><i>Community Supported Agriculture<\/i><\/b> \u2013 how can this support (or plug into) the individual projects?<\/li>\n<li>Decrease the middle-men in the <b><i>supply chain<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li>Use of <b><i>digital technology<\/i><\/b> to improve solutions<\/li>\n<li><b><i>Empowering<\/i><\/b> local products, people<\/li>\n<li>Work towards solutions that work in a <b><i>respectful<\/i><\/b> (check stakeholders!) and <b><i>scalable<\/i><\/b> (other places, global demand) way<\/li>\n<li>Searching <b><i>alternatives for mass-production <\/i><\/b>and industrial food production\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Investigate opportunities for Restaurant \/ street stall \/ pop-up food places as a <b><i>touchpoint where new experiences emerge<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Choose <b><i>farming products<\/i><\/b> which allow enough opportunity for intelligent disposition and re-use (or at least check if there are any) e.g. rice, coffee etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":30,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"scoped_notify_notify_others":"yes","footnotes":""},"categories":[162,950],"tags":[5843,5844],"class_list":["post-167","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-organisation","category-research","tag-criteria","tag-evaluation"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/167","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/30"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=167"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/167\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=167"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=167"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/fcf2020\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=167"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
