We will only show elaborated work that went through enough iterations so if there is still a lot of work to do please use the opportunities to come to the meetings with David and me well prepared with updated designs. Tomorrow David will (start to) meet you around 10.<\/p>\n<p>So this is what you will need to do (should be clear after the Tuesday session anyway). And please check in for the meeting with David, especially Kalia, Maria, Yasmine and Matea should share updated work.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Artefact<\/strong> of your concept: This is the most crucial thing. The artefact will be a physical object that you exhibit at your exhibition element. <strong>It should not envision or explain your process (unless you would suggest this for the &#8220;real&#8221; setting of your project as well). <\/strong>It requires a certain maturity and formal as well as aesthetic qualities. It should be well-thought in terms if functionalities. It will \/ might be an entry point to access your concept and to go deeper via the User story or the system map.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content<\/strong>: We still use the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1Qmn5NuOz12U8r5HFQ38edHdhf3smagWHdJdZZWyHVuM\/edit#gid=0\">GoogleDoc<\/a> to collect the text that will be used for the poster of your exhibition element as well as for the presentation slides. Please have a look I gave additional comments to all of you. I also added a line about data \/ information to support the concept \u2013 as we were talking about this for quite a few weeks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Posters<\/strong> for your exhibition element\n<ul>\n<li>Everybody is aware which type of user story and system map to show, most are working on it.<\/li>\n<li>We still have to see which photos or drawings you want to share.<\/li>\n<li>Use the template <a href=\"https:\/\/spaces.kisd.de\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3394\/2020\/01\/plakatordner.zip\">plakat Ordner<\/a> for the 2 posters (front \/ backside of the exhibition element). I would prefer Feb 6 (if there should be presentations on that day).
