They grow in transportable boxes, because the soil is contaminated and therefore unusable for gardening and also their time is limited, as there are probably some plans coming up in the next years for construction concepts from Stadt K\u00f6ln.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Where it is: <\/b>Bayenthal, K\u00f6ln<\/p>\n<p><b>Why it is relevant:<\/b> The area they use fits perfectly for putting our concept of Echt Essbar into place. As the area they use is the city\u2019s property and they don\u2019t mind sharing a small part of the space, it gives Echt Essbar a relaxed and natural environment to settle in.
