Am 17. Juli 2015 l\u00e4dt die K\u00f6ln International School of Design (KISD) der Fachhochschule K\u00f6ln zur Er\u00f6ffnung des KISDparcours 2015 ein. Der erste \u00f6ffentliche Jahresrundgang an der KISD zeigt junge Designpositionen und aktuelle Prozesse im Design. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Ausstellung der diesj\u00e4hrigen Absolventenarbeiten aus dem Studiengang \u201eIntegrated Design\u201c. Sie wird erg\u00e4nzt durch experimentelle, forschende Arbeiten des aktuellen Masterprogramms, ausgew\u00e4hlte Studierendenarbeiten der verschiedenen Lehrgebiete sowie Studien aus den analog-digitalen Forschungslaboren und Werkst\u00e4tten. Ein Programm mit Kurzvortr\u00e4gen, Filmen und F\u00fchrungen begleitet die Ausstellung.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

KISDparcours versteht sich als B\u00fchne f\u00fcr das Studium des \u201eIntegrated Design\u201c an der KISD und fungiert zugleich als Experimentierfeld, auf dem zuk\u00fcnftige Inhalte, Zug\u00e4nge und Methoden des Designs entwickelt und erprobt werden. Mit dem Rundgang gibt die KISD Einblick in ein bundesweit einzigartiges, nicht-lineares und semester\u00fcbergreifendes Studienmodell, das durch seine transdisziplin\u00e4re, projektorientierte und international gepr\u00e4gte Struktur bestimmt ist und so zu einer neuen Verbindung von Wissen und Gestaltung gelangt. Die Veranstaltung beginnt mit der feierlichen Verabschiedung der Absolventen und Absolventinnen um 17 Uhr in der Aula, Campus S\u00fcdstadt, um 19 Uhr findet die Er\u00f6ffnung der Ausstellung an der KISD am Ubierring 40 statt – mit anschlie\u00dfendem Sommerfest. <\/span><\/p>\n

Der Eintritt ist frei.
KISDparcours 2015 ist t\u00e4glich vom 18. bis 23. Juli in der Zeit von 16.00 bis 20.00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n

Grand Opening of KISDparcours 2015 on July 17, 2015
On July 17, 2015, K\u00f6ln International School of Design (KISD), an institute of Cologne University of Applied Sciences, will host the grand opening ceremony of KISD parcours 2015. The event gives center stage to the exhibition of this year\u2019s graduates\u2019 projects of the “Integrated Design\u201c study program and will, as first annual round tour at KISD, present young approaches on and latest developments in design. At KISDparcours, students, visitors, and the interested public can find the following: experimental design studies from the current MA program, selected projects from KISD\u2019s multifaceted subject areas, working samples from KISD\u2019s analog-digital research and studio labs, as well as guided tours, documentaries, and key speeches.<\/p>\n

KISD parcours will highlight the many possibilities of studying “Integrated Design\u201c at KISD and will focus on the wide range of techniques, perspectives, methodologies, and ideas for contemporary and future design. The event will also showcase K\u00f6ln International School of Design and its unique, non-linear study model that involves students of all levels. Being transdiciplinary, project-oriented, and international, KISD in its study program allows a perfect combination for both knowledge and design.
The event will start with the graduation ceremony at 5 pm at the Assembly Hall, followed by the start of KISD parcours exhibition at 7 pm at KISD at Ubierring, and a subsequent summer festival.
Attendance is free of charge.<\/p>\n

KISD parcours 2015 is opened daily from July 18 unti July 23 from 4 pm until 8 pm.<\/p>\n
