Login to KISDspaces

Login with your campusID — Use this if you have a TH Köln email address (e.g. jane@th-koeln.de or john@smail.th-koeln.de). This applies to most current students and staff.

Local Login — Use this if you don’t have a TH Köln email. This applies to guest lecturers, external collaborators, and alumni whose campusID has expired.

Not sure if you’re on the right platform? This is KISD Spaces (spaces.kisd.de), used by KISD. There is a separate platform called TH-Spaces (spaces.th-koeln.de) for the wider TH Köln. Make sure you’re logging in to the right one.

Still can’t log in? Check your password (see “I forgot my password” below) or contact doll@kisd.de.

Your campusID is your TH Köln username. It’s formed from the first letter of your first name followed by up to 7 letters of your last name. For example, “Jane Doe” becomes jdoe.

If you’re a current student or staff member at TH Köln, you should have one. You can find more details on the TH Köln enrollment page.

If you’re a guest lecturer or external collaborator, you might not have a campusID — use “Local Login” instead.

Choose the reset link that matches your account type:

• Reset campusID password — for students and staff who log in with their campusID.
• Reset local account password — for guest lecturers, alumni, and anyone using “Local Login”.

If you set a secondary email in your profile, you can also use that for password recovery.

When your campusID expires, you can no longer use “Login with campusID” — but your KISD Spaces account still exists. To regain access:

1. Go to the login page and choose Local Login.
2. Click “Lost your password?”.
3. Enter the secondary email address you added to your profile.
4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the password-recovery email and follow the instructions.
5. From now on, always use Local Login with your new password.

Important: This only works if you previously added a secondary email to your profile. If you didn’t, contact doll@kisd.de for help.
