AG Semesterplanung | Semester planning working groug

In the semester planning working group, the planning and allocation of events are organized. In addition, we take care of the e-mail questions of the first semester about the course registration.

We are looking for 3-4 reliable and independently working people who are responsible for the following areas:

• Communication (information and dates, course planning space)
• Demand (supply/demand, control data, quality control)
• Production (produce tools, overviews and catalogues)

The work only begins in the second half of the semester. Some of the jobs have to be done during the lecture-free period, but can also be done remotely online.

In der AG Semesterplanung werden die Planung und die Belegung von Veranstaltungen organisiert. Außerdem betreuen wir die E-Mail-Fragen der Erstsemester zur Veranstaltungsbelegung. Es werden 3-4 zuverlässig und eigenständig arbeitende Personen gesucht, die folgende Bereiche verantworten: • Kommunikation (Infos und Termine, About Course-Planning Space) • Bedarf (Angebot/Nachfrage, Daten kontrollieren, Qualitätskontrolle) • Produktion (Hilfsmittel, Übersichten und Katalog produzieren) Die Arbeit beginnt erst in der 2. Semesterhälfte. Einige der Jobs fallen in die vorlesungsfreie Zeit zu erledigen können aber von remote auch online erledigt werden. Kick-Up Meeting: ———– Do 6. Juni 2024 16:00 Uhr im Raum 510a. Termine für weitere Treffen werden dort besprochen. Die Arbeit kann dann größtenteils zu Hause bzw. Online erledigt werden.
