Google’s Waymo is showing the way in Arizona: In a few years, autonomous vehicles will probably drive more safely than humans, while being significantly cheaper than taxis at the same time. There are many visions for the vehicles of the future, but what will happen when the car in your garage becomes a service at your fingertips?

How to turn the ride into a service experience? How do we stay in control even if we are no longer behind the steering wheel? And what other concerns and challenges do we need to address before we let robotaxis on our streets?

A one-week sprint diving into all phases of service design from research and ideation to prototyping with a concrete case from a not-too-distant future.

Für die Fahrzeuge der Zukunft gibt es bereits viele Visionen, aber was passiert wenn aus dem Auto in der Garage ein immer verfügbarer Service wird? Wie wird aus der Fahrt ein Serviceerlebnis?
