Description - EN
The Food Systems Group is exploring the complexity of Proximity (regional) Food systems and their key players. As in the last year, the group will focus on our local site, the SpeiseWald Süd. The group is crucial for continuity – and visibility. As long as temperatures will allow, we will have our bi weekly meetings on site at SpeiseWald Süd. Please note that you should calculate some 2-4 hours per week additional time to make a successful contribution to the ongoing work of the group.
The AG takes place on Tuesdays; scheduled dates are October 27, November 10, December 1, December 15, January 12, January 26. It generally alternates with meetings of the “Activating Observations” course at SpeiseWald Süd. Participating in both complements them well!
Further details can be found on the SpeiseWald Lab space: https://spaces.kisd.de/speisewald-lab/
