Power of Images: Tableau Vivant | Macht der Bilder: Tableau Vivant

The subject of this seminar is the basic question of how images create meaning or even sense. The tableau vivant is a special form of analysing images. Pictorial representations are reconstructed and deconstructed in the medium of the image.

Gegenstand dieses Seminars ist die grundlegende Frage, wie Bilder Bedeutung oder gar Sinn erzeugen. Eine besondere Form der Auseinandersetzung mit Bildern ist das Tableau Vivant. Bildliche Darstellungen werden hierbei im Medium des Bildes re- und dekonstruiert.
