In the BIP “Marketing Strategy and Innovation in Service Design”, students develop a deep understanding of the synergies between marketing and service design and recognize the benefits of interdisciplinary collaboration. The aim is for students to be able to apply marketing concepts and strategies to service design and vice versa in order to develop innovative and holistic solutions. Students learn to recognize complex problems in the field of marketing and service design and to develop creative solutions. By working together with students from different European countries, students improve their intercultural communication and cooperation skills. Students gain experience in the organization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects, including time management, resource allocation and team leadership. They reflect on their own ways of thinking and assumptions regarding marketing and service design and learn to critically question and improve them.
