Attention must be drawn to and information provided about sexualized discrimination and violence in all areas of society, companies and institutions. This also applies to a state university such as TH Köln.
As part of the project, there will be an introduction to the topic, which will educate about the different forms of sexualized discrimination and violence and name examples from everyday life. We will analyze existing social campaigns/actions/interventions (not only in Germany), define categories and assign the found examples.
The goal should be to develop and elaborate own information and awareness campaigns in small groups with the help of the gained knowledge.
The target group of this project are all university members of the TH Köln.
The following must be developed
– Claim / central message
– Visualization (photography, illustration, typography)
– Selection of suitable communication channels, cross-media
The results will be presented to the university management and the Department of Communication and Marketing at the TH Köln. The plan is to select one of the campaign concepts to implement for 2024.
