You can use Unity to build high-quality 3D and 2D games. This games can be deployed for smartphones and tablets, for desktop computers, for VR/AR environments, for game consoles or for the browser.
This is a training for bloody Unity beginners. You will learn the fundamental concepts, the options of importing assets and 3D models and how to build up landscapes and scenes.
Looking at some prototypic games you will also see, what it means to program interactions and behaviours. Doing this you will learn about the C# (“C Sharp”) programming language and also about visual scripting tools.
From Wednesday to Wednesday, tasks are to be completed independently. Every Wednesday there is first an input from the lecturer, which partly relates to the tasks of the previous week and partly to the new topic and the current tasks. In addition, the questions that the participants had with the tasks of the previous week are dealt with.
The course is suitable for absolute Unity beginners.
