In this course you will have the opportunity to independently select and dive deeper into an area of the Unity game engine. This course offers you a platform of exchange, assistance and support to accompany you in your individual learning process.
There are many special topics that are conceivable in Unity: e.g. lighting, shaders, user interface, world building, product or architectural visualization, …
You could also deal with one of the many existing extension packages (like e.g. Cinemachine, ProBuilder, URP, Visual Programming, …).
No matter what your decision is: The course instructor will support you with questions and difficulties and give valuable feedback. During the course you will be part of a group of like-minded people and you will also benefit from the help and different perspectives of your fellow students.
In the end, you have developed a prototype that you use to show that you have expanded and deepened your knowledge of Unity on your chosen topic. The final presentation of the work created will also inspire you for your next steps in Unity.
It should be clear that at least a basic knowledge of Unity is required to take this course. In the first meeting of the group, please be prepared to explain what you have been doing with Unity so far and what you would like to explore during this course.
