In the semester planning working group, the planning and allocation of events are organized. In addition, we take care of the e-mail questions of the first semester about the course registration.
We are looking for 3-4 reliable and independently working people who are responsible for the following areas:
• Communication (information and dates, course planning space)
• Demand (supply/demand, control data, quality control)
• Production (produce tools, overviews and catalogues)
The work only begins in the second half of the semester. Some of the jobs have to be done during the lecture-free period, but can also be done remotely online.
